DCPM supports councils in navigating the DRFA scheme, and to PREPARE for, RESPOND to, and RECOVER from damage to their infrastructure assets as a result of natural disasters.

The DRFA process can be too complex, time-sensitive, and laborious for many councils to resource internally - especially after an extreme weather event.

We manage councils’ evidence capture, submission preparation, restoration works, and financial reimbursement claims processes as the scheme requires.

The good news for council?

Our project management costs are fully reimbursable under the DRFA scheme. We can manage the whole process from start to finish with little to no direct cost to council.

RECK: Rapid Evidence Capture Kit

DCPM’s RECK captures HD, GPS-tagged, DRFA-compliant photo evidence at speeds up to 100kph. Our custom software quickly organises and maps evidence, ready for storage or damage assessment. It integrates easily with council’s GIS or submission systems, e.g., MARS, Recover and ACMS.
SHIELD: Suite of Inspection Apps

DCPM’s SHIELD is a suite of applications that allows us to deploy pre-built inspection templates and forms, including GPS information, to staff on the ground for rapid, accurate data capture, coordination, and reporting.
Drone Reality Capture and Infrastructure Digital Twins

Drone survey provides a ‘digital twin’ model of an asset or terrain. Suitable for complex structures or assets that are not easily accessible, or visible from the road (bridges, retaining structures, slopes, etc).
ADDi: AI Asset and Damage Identification

ADDI, DCPM’s proprietary AI model, automatically identifies road defects and damage like potholes, edge breaks, washouts, culverts, and floodways from RECK photo evidence. It estimates damage quantities, which our experienced engineers review for quality. ADDI streamlines DRFA claims, shortening approval and funding turnaround times.
InSite Delivery Reporting

Our reporting software provides live, interactive visuals of your infrastructure condition and value. Easily identify assets requiring work, indicative costs, and quantities. It can be customised to display and filter asset data attributes, such as road hierarchy, to enhance decision-making.
